Newsletter We have created a newsletter, "Uncover the Lesser Knowns", which focuses on gently handling the revelation of hidden secrets. It will not disclose major secrets but will help people learn how to handle their own reactions to unpleasant and/or unexpected news. See Uncover the Lesser Knowns Newsletter. The best way for us to control what we think and feel may be to replace disturbing thoughts and/or feelings with ones which raise our energy levels such as uplifting music, something which makes us laugh, being with nature, etc. In other words, change the "channel". We can make daily schedules for ourself until we are feeling better, much like we do with a physical illness. And for the same reasons. We need to recover our equilibrium, to regain our strength, to repair our spirit, to raise our energy levels, to love our selves. Let go of judgment, other people's rules, what we used to do. Be gentle with self and others.
